Sex, Lies and Videotape

If you're one of the millions of Americans who's fed up with government of, by and for the corporation, these songs are for you. Like Woody Guthrie in the 'Thirties, Steve entertains us and informs us at the same time. We've loved singing along with him at the Chat'n'Chew Roundtable. Now you can sing along at home -- while you're plotting to take America back.
- Jim Hightower

You asked for it. And now you've got it.

Sex Lies and Videotape

For the past year, you far-flung minions have been getting the lyrics to my songs for Hightower Radio and wishing you could hear the melodies. Before I took a break in December, I'd written close to 50, fulfilling my goal of writing a song a week for a year.

Now, I've re-recorded 13 of the most-requested songs for a new CD. Titled "Sex, Lies and Videotape," it's a year- in-review album that tells more truth than anything you'll read in The New York Times.
And did I mention, it's a whole lot funnier?

It's subtitled, "Songs for Hightower Radio, Volume One," with the implication that if I sell enough of these babies, I've got plenty more songs to loose on a world that badly needs to laugh at the news. If you're dying to hear the Hightower songs, you can mail-order the CD for $15 plus $1.50 S&H from:
